the dog is in Carcassonne SPA, sadly this beautiful dog's owner has died, I am led to believe the owner was British and that the dog understands English.

The Director of Carcasonne Spa is English (Rowan) and there are several of the staff and volunteers who speak English if you wanted to contact them for any more information.
