Small roof repair needed

Is anyone able to quote for 2 very small roof repairs?  Or do you know of anyone who would undertake the work.

The first is a badly cracked roof tile that needs replacing.  The second is a piece of flashing that needs repairing.

We'd love to get the work done soon (before the rains come!).

I'm interested in what Irena said about small roof repairs............we have a slate which has slipped and is sitting in the gutter and a chimney top which has not been finished properly as there is a fern growing out of it..........both jobs need doing before the weather gets worse.not sure where Irena lives but we are 19320 Les Charbonniers and if anyone has a good roof contact then can they let me know. Also.........

Slightly longer term we also have a couple of dependences which require roof work so a small job could turn into quite a big (and costly/profitable) job if someone reliable came along. I've heard some strange stories about getting a devis for jobs; I'm told that the network of builders ring each other up and check how much their chums have quoted etc etc. One story was that builder A copied the devis of builder B and then just wrote in a different price???? Any advice welcome! Thanks. K

Thanks to Simmo - the slate is now back in situ and the chimney is getting some attention before the end of September. As for the dependences............well we are drawing up a list of priorities! Thanks again Simmo. K
