Am I the only one......

Am I the only one feeding those poor starving caterpillars this year?
Clearly nobody else is as they are obviously all relying on my lovely (but now threadbare) veggies and have descended on my little patch with the same numbers and tenacity as the D Day Landings.
If anybody feels that they have not rec'd their fair share of the little darlings I am sure I can help out. Stinky.

Can anyone recommend an organic way of getting the little b***ers off the cabbages/sprouts instead of having to physically remove them, as I would really like to spend my Sunday afternoon looking for mushrooms...

I think the easiest way to do it is to net them but its not 100%. We have given up this year they have left us nothing, the curly Kale that they asr suppose to avoid proved delicious to them.

Try the savon noir treatment 50 water to 50 savon noir ,spray ,worth a try  

50/50 sounds good Red. But I think I'll go for a spray mix of 50% cognac and 50% sand, hoping the little sods will get fighting drunk and then stone each other to death. 

    Just stick to the 100 percent cognac  and let them die happy .
