I have the sneakiest feeling that it won't be cheap from there, though, as their main thing seems to be swimming pools! But they certainly do stock it, and you can always just ask prices.

The terms you are looking for are "gazon synthétique" or "pelouse synthétique"

Other than that, several of the roundabouts and traffic islands around here are laid with the stuff. You could always lead a night-raiding team...
