Bit of a long shot, but, we have 130 (ish) proper removals cardboard boxes with wrapping paper and would gladly swap for any logs which might be available near Les Charbonniers 19320 St Merd de Lapleau.  Thanks.  K.

Oh dear, and here I was hoping to be helpful to someone!!! Well, just to say that we still have the boxes....could be useful if moving to another area in France .......however, they might well get tipped this Spring. All the wrapping paper has proved a bonus for lighting our fire every morning! Logs have been great .......Let's move on shall we! K.

We would have had them Blakevine but as you're 2 & a 1/2 hours away it's not worth the drive.

This Forum has been useful in many ways and after 2 years I am very pleased to have sold my boxes to a lovely couple who are on the move.....We spent a pleasurable couple of hours this morning loading them all into their car (tardis), followed by coffee and biscuits and a good chat.

Thank you Tim & Karen for keeping the boxes safely stored for two years. It was well worth the two hour drive for them. Coffee and biscuits were appreciated as was the chat. Now to start packing for our return to Blighty.
