Jazz at the Chateau de Bellefond

The English Library in the Correze will be hosting a Jazz Concert at the lovely Chateau de Bellefond near 19700 Lagrauliere (courtesy of Janie Busch) from 1800 to 2100 on Friday 25th  July. The cost will be 10€ for library members and 15€ for non-members, pay at the door.

The band is Laffaire/Peck from Tulle, who are well known professional musicians. In the words of Chris Peck:

Vincent Laffaire is professor of piano at the music conservatory in Tulle he plays jazz festivals with his salsa/jazz trio (Treignac, Nantes), and has his Salsa Orchestra "Callereina Salsa" in Toulouse for fifteen years.

I have been professional jazzman since 1975, always with my own groups, director of jazz cafe "Casablanca" in Amsterdam, and have played with many top jazz musicians; including
Wilbur Little, Clarence Becton, Douglas Sides, Essiet Okun Essiet ( known as one of the best contrabass players of today), and of course, even Dizzy Gillespie.
