Argentat Market

Just to let you know it's the big market in Argentat tomorrow morning.

Sorry Folks, Yes your right Spitfire, I'm putting it down to old age and loosing the odd day here in the Correzen sunshine.

No problem I call it a senior moment !! And I have lots of those :-)

Next Sunday is the big vide-greniers in Argentat. The balance between private sellers and dealers is a bit lost in my opinion, but still a good day out and there are some bargains to be had, especially if you get there early and haggle.

Wednesday evenings there is an evening market in Argentat (all the shops have stalls outside) with live music at all the terraces, a nice evening out.

Thursday evenings there's the Marché du Pays in Monceaux. Also lovely with a big BBQ (you buy the meat from the local butcher, but you can take your own salad, wine and bread), local produce and a live band. This Thursday it's an Irish band, so I'll definitely be going. See you there!
