Long trousers, are they necassary ?

Now that the temperature seems to be dropping, should I change out of my shorts?

My shorts stay out a while longer than most folks around here and have become a bit of a joke. My reason being that I used to be affectionately known as "celery legs"...you might have guessed they were a trifle pale, but, keeping my legs out a while longer has kept them nice and brown so I am a supporter of shorts! So, in short(!), keep the shorts going as long(!) as possible I say!
