The Correze English Library

The Correze English Library is changing and will now be a 'Library on Demand'.  The main selection of more than 3,200 books and DVDs will continue to be available at the library which is housed in the beautiful Chateau de Bellefond, Lagrauliere 19700. If you'd like to join and/or borrow from the library, please contact Janie Busch at the Chateau to arrange a mutually convenient time.  Contact details on our website.

Additionally, the library will be open when there are social events, like the recent Garden Party which attracted 50-odd members and guests.  Again further details will be displayed on the library website.  

Other news:  As we all probably agree, Correze is a big area and some members have to travel some distance to Lagrauliere, so a small 'branch' library is now open at Voutezac 19130, near Objat, in the south west of the Correze.  This provides a good selection of books, over 700 at present and increasing, and DVDs.  

This will also be open on demand, so please contact David Clifton for further information and to arrange a visit. You don’t have to be a member, for the rest of the year you can borrow for free, or just come for a chat and a coffee.
