Jury service

I have been eligible for jury service for around *ahem* 27 years. So the Sheriff decides to choose me 3 days before we're due to move to France!! Great timing! I have written them a nice letter explaining so hope they will let me off. I'm a bit disappointed really as would quite like to have done it...

We use to call it sods law. Me i would not reply and just leave and let them figure it out. Remember of course to turn the lights out when you leave!.

Hi Simmo- I sent the form back to the nice Sheriff's Office and then skipped the country! Arrived in France this morning, so they'll have to catch up with me here... If they can be bothered ..
