Hi there,

We are looking for a reputable removal company to bring the contents of our home out to storage over to France - Storage company is in Enfield, London and our new house is in Bourganeuf, Limousin.

Can anyone recommend a removal company, or advise who to avoid.

I can give you a warning about the company that moved our stuff, and held us to ransom for an extra £400 above their quote. Idiot that I was (and so stressed by the move) I actually paid up. I'll send you a pm.

Also clarify payment method prior to the move. We were told on arrival that it had to be cash !!!

We hired a 7.5 tonne van and did the removal with the aid of our son; saves a shed load of money.
