Dog wanting a home/puppy wanting a home?

We have just had to have our beloved lurcher put to sleep; she had just turned 6 and we had only had her for just over 2 years....she was rescued. She was our 3rd lurcher. We still have our handsome Border terrier who is 10.

Our house is missing the presence of a second dog and so we now await what fate has in store for us. We had our Border at 8wks old but the 3 lurchers have all found us! We just all happened to be in the right place at the right time.

We either want another big hairy lurcher female or a puppy of a docile breed such as lab or golden retriever......Our Border wants a playmate and we want something to cuddle.

So, if you know of anyone out there, put them in touch with us please. Searching the SPA and other websites is quite depressing and I haven’t found anything yet....
